Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging. Personal care items and perishable goods cannot be returned once opened.

How to start a return

Open My Orders, choose the order and request a return, or contact support with your order number. We'll email return instructions within one business day.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are marked as shipped.

Refund timing

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
